1. Eligibility

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.3 Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed your responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for advertising or commercial gain.
• Upload obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content.

4. Profile Verification

4.2 Photo and ID verification may be required before finalizing a match.

5. Services Provided

• manam.lk provides a platform to facilitate introductions between potential marriage partners and their families.
• We do not guarantee or endorse any marriage outcome.
• Marriage decisions remain solely with the users and their families.

6. Cross-Border Hosting & Data Use

6.1 You acknowledge and consent that your data may be transferred and stored on servers outside Sri Lanka.

6.2 Such transfers are safeguarded under the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.

7. Fees & Payments

7.1 Some services may be free, while others require subscription or fees.

7.2 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, subject to their terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 manam.lk is a facilitator only and is not responsible for:

• Accuracy of user profiles.
• Conduct or communications of users.
• Outcomes of relationships or marriages.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trubridge Ventures (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, and software on manam.lk are the property of Trubridge Ventures (Pvt) Ltd.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You misuse or abuse the platform.
• We are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

You may terminate your account by requesting deletion through our support team.

11.Cultural Compliance Disclaimer

11.1 manam.lk is designed with respect for cultural values and traditions.

11.2 The platform facilitates introductions only and does not solemnize or certify marriages.

11.3 While we encourage users to act in line with cultural principles, we do not guarantee the religious compliance of user actions or marriage outcomes.

11.4 Users and families are solely responsible for ensuring their matrimonial arrangements comply with the laws of Sri Lanka.

12. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Users agree to attempt amicable settlement before pursuing legal remedies.
• Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
