Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Premium features purchased as one-time payments cannot be cancelled or refunded after activation.
Recurring premium subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date.
No partial refunds for unused premium features.

To cancel, log in to your account, go to settings, and follow the cancellation instructions. For assistance, contact operations@manam.lk.

After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

If you subscribed via a third-party payment provider, cancellation must be managed through their platform and is subject to their policies.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
